How is the custom option for Decision on the pipeline screen used?
I see the custom option for Decision on my pipeline screen, but how is that used?
Answer
The Decision filter/column is used for Consumer Banking applications such as Account Opening, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, etc. Decisions include:
- Approved
- Pre-approved
- Conditionally approved
- Declined
- In Review
