Is it possible to send a fillable PDF to the borrower?
I’m looking for direction on how to make a custom form in Encompass that we can send as a follow-up through Blend but is fillable for the borrower in Blend. I’ve tried to do it both as a PDF and word doc in Encompass to Blend but it just makes it a download where the borrower would have to complete and re-upload.
Is this possible? If not we can look to add it to our initial disclosure package.

To send a fillable document in Blend you can create a custom eSign follow up apply the existing Blend Sign fields to the document. This will give your borrower the ability to fill the document with the text, dates, or signature information you wish to request.

Is there a way to save the custom form after the signature edits so it’s ready for other users the next time and they don’t have to add all the checkboxes?
Yes, you can set up and apply a custom follow up template, but this will only be saved for your profile. If you want this custom follow up at a global level (for all users in your organization) you can reach out to Blend Support to set it up.
