How do your branch users communicate with loan processors on a loan?
Our branch users don’t have access to Encompass and we are using an outside ticketing system but looking for a more efficient way. We are hoping that Blend will be able to get the notes to sync back and forth with Encompass but until that happens, we want to hear what everyone else is doing.
The Loan Team Notes in Blend are intended to be used as a notepad to track information that may not pertain to existing fields in the Blend application, such as "don't call the borrower on Tuesdays" or "we haven't contacted the realtor yet."
Since the notes sync to Encompass on application export and become locked thereafter, it may not be the best communication tool for loan teams.

- Loan Team Notes is an opt-in feature. Please contact Blend Support to enable this in your environment.
- The Loan Team Notes can be synced to a custom field in Encompass. To do this, please create a custom field named CX.Blend.Notes and reach out to Blend Support to enable the sync.
