Blend offers the ability to save follow-ups as a draft to be sent at a later time.
1. Navigate to Follow-Ups.
2. Click Add.
3. Select Start from template to navigate to your custom follow-ups or select Start new list to choose from a selection of default follow-ups.
4. Choose and prepare the follow-ups you wish to send. You can click Save and close to save the draft and return at a later time to finish preparing the follow-ups.
5. When you are ready to send the follow-ups, click View Saved Draft.
Notes: Follow-ups saved as a draft will not be displayed in the Follow-ups tab until they are sent.
6. The follow-ups you had selected previously will be listed in the left column. You can add, remove, or edit your follow-ups and click Review request to move forward with sending the follow-ups to your borrower.
