Blend Integration - Invalid Loan
There was an issue finding the loan in Blend. Please ensure the Blend loan ID is valid
Note: For Encompass users that utilize the KM plugin.
What causes this alert?
This alert will appear when the Loan ID does not match in Blend and Encompass. This could be due to the following reasons:
- The Blend UUID in the CX.BLEND.LOANID is incorrect or blank
- The loan in Blend has been purged after being archived
If the CX.BLEND.LOANID is incorrect or blank
The CX.BLEND.LOANID in Encompass must match the Blend UUID.
In Blend
- Open the Blend loan
- Grab and copy the Loan UUID from the URL. Refer to Reference loan number and UUID to learn how to locate the UUID in Blend
In Encompass
- Open the Encompass file
- Navigate to the Blend Integration form
- Paste the Blend UUID into the CX.BLEND.LOANID field
- Reset Hash
- Save the file
This should sync the loan ID with Blend and clear the alert.
Note: Access to the Blend Integration form might require elevated access in Encompass. If you don't have access to these tools, reach out to your Encompass administrator for assistance.
If the loan in Blend has been purged after being archived
If you wish to invite the borrower again to complete follow-ups, you can push the loan back to Blend as a Follow-up only/Post submission loan by following the steps in How to push an Encompass file back to Blend after it has been purged.
