How loan teams work in Blend
Loan teams work at the user level. They only flow in one direction and for one level deep.
Let's take this loan team as an example to understand how loan assignments will work for the loan team members.
Loan Team | |
John | |
Allen | Bailey |
Clara |
Allen and Bailey are part of John's loan team but Clara is only part of Bailey's loan team and Clara is not part of John's team.
- Loans assigned to John will also be assigned to Allen and Bailey since they are under John's team but will not be assigned to Clara since loan assignments flow one level deep.
- Loans assigned to Allen will not be assigned to anyone else since no one is under Allen's loan team and will not be assigned to John since assignments only flow in one direction.
- Loans assigned to Bailey will also be assigned to Clara but not Allen or John. Clara is part of Bailey's loan team.
- Loans assigned to Clara will not be assigned to anyone else since no one is under Clara's loan team.
- Users can be part of different loan teams.
