Learn what to do if your borrower reports a "Your application is no longer active" message after signing into their account.
Your application is no longer active
If you want to explore your options, you may need to reapply. You can contact your loan team if you have any questions.
What causes this message?
This error is displayed when your borrower signs in and the application they had been working on has been archived.
Solution: Unarchive the Application
1. Search for the loan using the loan number, borrower's name, or email address in the search bar located at the top of your pipeline and open the loan.
2. Click Unarchive loan
3. Click Confirm
After the application has been unarchived, your borrower can refresh their page and they should be able to view the unarchived application.
Notes:
- The Archive loans role permission is required in order to archive/unarchive a loan in Blend
