Blend administrators can use the Setup panel to manage user accounts, and role permissions, and configure a subset of features without needing to engage Blend Support or their account teams, giving user admins greater control over your Blend environment.
User admins will have access to four additional pages within the Setup section:
These pages require the “Edit client-facing system config” permission set to "Always". Refer to Permissions required for the self-service administration settings to learn more.

User Admin Permissions
1. Click Your settings.
2. Click Setup.
Note: The accessible pages will default to this order, however, each page will continue to be gated by the same permissions as before.

Settings - Organization
1. Select Organization from the side menu.
2. Click Edit to make changes.
3. Click Save.
a. Select the General tab to update key information about your organization
b. The Support Contact Info tab allows lenders to set general contact information for various Blend products within their tenant.
Note:
- Only products that are enabled in your environment will be displayed.
- If you will be updating an email address to a different domain, your DNS CNAME entries will need to be updated. Failing to do so will impact email delivery. Reach out to Blend Support to get new SES records.
Settings - Branding
1. Select Branding from the side menu.
2. Click Edit to make changes.
3. Click Save.

Settings - Analytics
1. Select Analytics from the side menu.
2. Click Edit to make changes.
3. Click Save.
The configurations on this page control the various tag managers that we support in the Blend platform (including Google Tag Manager, Ensighten Manage, Adobe Launch, and Tealium). Google Analytics GA4 is supported.
Note: The Tag Management admin screen is accessible only if it's activated in your Blend environment. All activated Tag Management vendors will appear on this screen, providing you with the ability to configure as needed. If you would like to activate Tag Management, please contact Blend Support.
Security - Setup Audit
This is a read-only page that shows an audit trail for all edits made to the Credentials, Organization, Branding, and Analytics setup pages.
The last 20 entries will be visible on this page.
a. Click the download link to download all edits made over the last month as a CSV report.
