Disclosure Package related emails have been updated to address lender feedback, and the copy can now be customized.
With this update, you will now be able to customize all email copy (Subject Line and Body content) for Borrowers, Third Party Recipients, and Lenders. For Borrowers and Third parties, emails can be customized based on the type of loan, package, and activation status.
Additionally, the login button within the emails will have the template parameter within the URL - indicated in the screenshot below.
In this screenshot, you can see that the boxed text in the subject line and body content are text that we have personally added to this specific email itself.
The template parameter should then be referenced when requesting updates to specific templates.
A workbook to reference the full list of templates and to request specific emails to be customized can be downloaded HERE.
