Blend Agent is a mobile app built for real estate agents to minimize lender and agent friction by providing a single hub for communication and automated loan updates. It’s the simplest way to keep agents, loan terms, and borrowers connected throughout the mortgage process.
Sign-up and create account
1. Click Get started.
Tip: You can sign-up with Google, Facebook or email.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter the 4 digit code that was sent to you via text.
5. Click Verify.
6. Enter your First and last name.
7. Click Next.
8. Enter your email address.
9. Click Create Account.
Note: If you would like to receive notification from the Agent App, click Allow to the notifications message.
Lead creation and tracking
1. Select the Buyers or Leads tab.
2. Click Create lead.
3. Fill in your potential client's information
4. Click Next.
5. Select a lending partner ( loan officer).
6. Click Confirm.
7. Click OK to the confirmation message.
Note: You can skip adding a lending partner. Click Skip, if desired.
7. Your lead is created and you will be able to see the activity on this lead under the Activity section.
Note: You can click Buyers or Leads tab to create new leads.
Add a note or close date
1. Click the + sign in the Activity section.
2. Click Add note or Add close date.
Edit client info/Archive client
1. Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner, you will get the following options.
a. Edit client info
b. Archive client
Edit agent information, feedback or logout
1. Click the person icon in the top right hand corner of the home page. You'll get the following options:
a. Edit profile
b. Give feedback
