With New URLA comes many changes to the field specific mapping and questions requested in Blend. Another change you should be prepared for is the deprecation of support for the 1003 file autogenerating in the Blend UI.
The 1003 PDF in the application package is no longer available for download for New URLA (MISMO v3.4) applications. All the information that was previously in the 1003 is still available via the MISMO although the structure and tags are quite different.
