Please note that the KensieMae error logs only applies to clients that use Encompass with the KensieMaePlug-in.
1. On the loan in Encompass, click on the Blend “B” button in the upper right corner Then click “View Logs.”
2. This will open the window showing the log history. You can click on the clipboard icon to copy the logs in that section.
