Follow-up only loans (also known as post-submission loans) are used to collect borrower documents via Blend without the need to send the borrower a full application in Blend.

- Create a new loan in Encompass and click the B icon.
- Click Manage Documents.
- You will be prompted to create a new Blend loan – Click Yes.
- Fill in all fields and click Save Loan Data to push the new loan to Blend.
- After saving, you will be greeted with this screen.
- Success! Your borrower will get an email asking them to log into Blend.

If the B icon is unavailable to your users before the Blend sync you can create loans by following these steps.
- Navigate to the Blend Integration screen.
- Enter any value into the CX.BLEND.CREATELOAN field.
- Once a value is entered, click anywhere outside of the field to generate the loan creation pop-up.
- Fill in all fields and click Save Loan Data to push the new loan to Blend.
- Scroll up to verify that the Blend UUID and borrower ID have populated signifying successful loan creation (you may need to exit the loan and re-open to refresh the fields).
- Success! Your borrower will get an email asking them to log into Blend.
