Once authorized users log in to the Settlement Agent Workspace, they will see a pipeline with all loans assigned to them. For each loan, they will quickly see details about the closing and if there are open tasks to complete, such as uploading title documents.
Loan assignment email
When an agent is assigned to a new closing, they will receive an email alert with information about the loan.
Note: Email details may differ based on lender customizations.
Pipeline view
The Pipeline has several key features.
- The search bar allows you to find a specific loan by name, loan number and address.
- There is also the option to filter your pipeline by:
• Today's closings with outstanding eSign docs
• Immediate Closings with Documents
• Today's and earlier closings with open tasks - You can click on any of the headers to sort by that column (e.g., click ‘Closing Date’ to sort the list of loans by closing date according to the user’s preference).
- This allows you to set up and manage your team's in a way that best suits how your team operates. More details for managing your team can be found in the help article: Self Serve Teams.
- Click on any loan to see more details about that Loan File.
