Once the authorized user logs into the Workspace, they will see all loans that are assigned to them in a pipeline view. For each loan, they will see if they have an open task to complete, such as uploading title documents.
1. You can click on any of the headers to sort by that column (e.g., click ‘Closing Date’ to sort the list of loans by closing date according to the user’s preference).
2. Click the loan to open loan over view screen.
3. Overview screen will display Task, Documents and other closing related information.

When an agent is assigned to a new closing, they will receive an email alert with information about the loan.
