Settlement Agent Workspace (SAW) is Blend's platform for Settlement Agents. SAW is intended to support seamless interactions between the lender, Settlement Agent, and borrower(s) for closing. Below are frequently asked questions that settlement agents might have.

How do I activate my Settlement Agent Workspace account?
1. Click the Activate link in the email sent for account activation.
Note: This link is like a password and should not be shared with anyone. It will expire within a few days if unused.
2. Create your own password.
3. Re-enter your newly created password.
4. Check box to confirm that you've read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
5. Click Activate account.
6. Enter your mobile phone number or if you don't have a mobile phone number, click the Click here link for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
7. Check box to confirm that the phone number is a mobile phone number.
8. Click Complete activation.
I never activated my account and I can't find the activation email OR I can’t find or deleted the account activation email. How do I get into my account?
Navigate to the Settlement Agent Workspace and use the "Forgot Password" link to trigger a password reset email.
Account Activation emails are sent from eclose-service@blend.com with subject “Your Blend Activation Link.”
I forgot my Settlement Agent Workspace password? How do I reset it?
Follow the instructions below to trigger a new password reset email.
- Navigate to Settlement Agent Workspace and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email.
- Click Reset my password.
- Enter your temporary password.
- Click Sign in.
- Create your own password and confirm it.
- Enter your mobile phone number (with a +1 before) for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Check box to confirm that you've read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Click Activate account.
I don't have a mobile number, what do I do when I reach the MFA enrollment screen in the Settlement Agent Workspace?
If you do not have a mobile phone you can follow these steps:
- Click Click here on the MFA screen.
- Click Complete activation. Your account email address will be used to authenticate in future logins.
Note: If you select to use phone MFA, you will receive a SMS code to your mobile device you will need to enter on future logins.
