Product and pricing is the industry term for quoting loan rates and fees. Loan officers can select a product for a loan application using their company's pricing engine. The loan officer specifies product search criteria, reviews available loan options, and marks the chosen option in Blend. Selecting product in Blend enables loan officers to do more of their work in one, user-friendly point of sale system. Additionally, if the lender has Check Rates enabled, after selecting a product they can view rates and payment amount. |
