The Assets section of the application enables borrowers to connect their financial institutions to pull assets quickly, easily, and securely. Once connected, Blend will generate an asset statement. Additionally, Loan Teams can refresh assets as needed throughout the mortgage process.

Blend Generated Asset Statements are Day 1 certified. They qualify for Freddie’s Asset Income Modeler and are acceptable for FHA and VA loans.
*Blend will deactivate connections to the borrower’s asset accounts 14 days after the initial connection is established, when a loan gets purged from Blend, or when a borrower requests to opt out of financial account access (whichever comes first). After this time has elapsed, borrowers will need to re-enter their credentials in order to refresh any asset statements.
