Loan officers can invite borrower(s) or re-send an invitation to their borrowers after creating a new lead in the LO mobile app.
Re-send an invite to a borrower
Invite borrower .
1. Click INVITE BORROWER after creating a new lead. Please refer to the Pull credit guide, if you'd like to pull credit before sending out the invitation.
2. Edit to customize the pre-populated message, if desired.
3. Click INVITE BORROWER.
4. You will get a confirmation once the invitation is sent successfully.
Notes:
- Please refer to the Create a new lead for more information.
- You can contact your borrower by clicking the icons for text, call and email in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- These actions will use your default text, phone, and email apps outside of the Blend Loan Officer app
- You can always invite your borrower and pull credit later.
Re-send an invite to a borrower 
1. Click RESEND INVITE on the leads screen. Please refer to the Pull credit guide, if you'd like to pull credit before re-sending the invitation.
2. Edit to customize the pre-populated message, if desired.
3. Click INVITE BORROWER.
4. You will get a confirmation once the invitation is sent successfully.
Notes:
- The RESEND INVITE option only appears if the borrower has been sent an invitation previously.
- You can contact your borrower by clicking the icons for text, call and email in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- These actions will use your default text, phone, and email apps outside of the Blend Loan Officer app
- You can always invite your borrower and pull credit later.
