Loan Officers can access the Blend Loan Officer app (LO Mobile app) using the same login method as you use on on your computer.
- Log in to the LO Mobile app using Blend Credentials (email and password)
- Log in to the LO Mobile app via SSO
Log in to the LO Mobile app using Blend Credentials (email and password)
Follow the steps below to log in to the LO Mobile App using your email and password.
1. Tap Get started.
2. Enter the same email used to log in on the desktop.
3. Tap Login.
4. Tap Yes, authorize.
Note: The email should be the same email as your existing Blend desktop account.
Log in to the LO Mobile app via SSO
If SSO is enabled in your organization, you should expect to see the same screens as if you are logging in to Blend on your computer.
After entering your email in step 2, you will be redirected to your organization's SSO login page. If this is not the case, here is what you can do:
- If you connect to VPN on your computer, you may need to configure your phone to have VPN access. Reach out to your organization's system administrator for assistance with VPN setup.
- If you don't have a Blend user account, please reach out to the Blend administrator in your organization.
- If you get a "Access not authorized. Please contact your Blend administrator" reach out to the Blend administrator in your organization to update your role permissions in Blend. Refer to LO Mobile - Permission access for mobile app.
- If you are still unable to log in, reach out to Blend Support and provide us with details and screenshots.
