Blend - Encompass Integrations via KensieMae Summary

KensieMae is a third party that offers an Encompass-Blend disclosures integration and supports the following: 

• eConsent sync from Blend to Encompass native fields
• Borrower sync ability to sync changes made in the LOS back to Blend (changes to borrowers in the LOS, including adding, removing, updating borrowers, as well as merging/unmerging 1003s and updating borrower positions, are all supported. This functionality also supports 3 or more individual borrowers)
• Disclosures being issued from the LOS and sent through Blend (including automatic provisioning of disclosure document signature points)
• Retrieval of completed documents from Blend and support for all native Encompass disclosures tracking fields used by lenders today
