Lender users can have access to multiple DBAs of Blend. However, at a given time, they can only access one Blend instance's loan pipeline in Encompass.
Edit user screen
The instance whose loan pipeline they see in Encompass (for importing loans or their associated documents) controlled by the following:
a. The Blend instance where the Use this account for Oauth flag is checked for the user under user setup.
b. The Blend instance where Encompass shows up under Authorized Applications for the user's setup.
Note: The user setup in Blend (that can control this setting) is only accessible to Blend super users and any users on the customer's end that have been allowed to manage user setup.
Switch accessing loan pipeline in Encompass from Blend DBA1 to Blend DBA2
1. Click Your settings.
2. Select Admin.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. Select the desired user from the list.
5. Click Edit.

7. Remove Encompass from the authorized applications.
8. Click Update user.
9. Follow the above steps 1-5 in Blend DBA2 and check the box for Use this account for Oauth flag.
