Running AUS
After credit is pulled and all required fields are entered in the lender application, you can run DU, LPA, or run DU & LPA altogether depending on your specific configuration.
AUS will not be available to run unless credit is pulled and the button will be grayed out.
Running AUS with the required information missing in the application, you'll get an error message with information on completing the necessary fields.
Clicking the underlined error will take you to the section where the required field lives. Complete the required field and click Save Changes before running AUS.

If AUS returns errors in DU Output files or LPA response documents
Errors in DU Output files or LPA response docs are returned direclty from DU and LPA respectively. This means that the integration worked and AUS ran successfully in Blend but the errors in the files do not come from Blend. If you have any questions about those kinds of errors and the loan is a production loan, please contact DU or LPA directly for assistance.
If you get an error in Blend when running AUS
A red banner will appear on the lender application when errors occur in Blend when running AUS. These errors typically occur when starting an AUS run and information is missing, resulting in an unsuccessful run. Refer to the error message for more details.
Managing AUS credentials
Blend administrators with access to the Setup page can manage DU and LPA credentials through Your settings > Setup > Credentials.
Disabling or enabling DU and LPA
Blend administrators with access to the Setup page can disable DU and LPA independently through Your settings > Setup > Credentials and uncheck DU and LPA and click Save to apply changes. To re-enable, check the boxes again and click Save.
If DU and LPA are disabled, the AUS section will be removed from the LO Toolkit on the lender application.
Note: Turning on/off AUS and managing the credentials is a global change that will affect all lender users. Access to these settings require the role permission Edit-client system config.
