Export statuses in Blend
There are pre and post-export statuses in Blend.
Pre Export | Post Export |
Unable to Export | In Progress |
Able to Export | Exported on [DATE] |
Ready to Export | Export Failed |
Pre-export status descriptions
Unable to Export
The Unable to Export status applies when all or some of the following required information for export is missing:
- Borrower(s) SSN
- Borrower(s) DOB
- Loan Purpose
- Loan Originator
Lenders will have the option to export manually when the required information is entered into the application.
Able to Export
The Able to Export status applies when all required information has been entered in the application by the borrower or lender but the borrower has not submitted the application. Lenders can export the application manually by clicking the export button.
Ready to Export
The Ready to Export status applies when the borrower submits their application in Blend and all required information has been entered. Lenders can export the application manually by clicking the export button.
Post-export status descriptions
In Progress
In Progress status means the external system has begun an attempt to export this application. No other attempts should be started at this time. When export is in progress, the Blend application will lock to prevent changes until the export attempt has finished.
Exported on [DATE]
When the status is Exported on [DATE] (also referred to as SUCCESS) it indicates that the application has been exported from Blend to the external system. The date will be displayed in MM/DD/YY format.
Export Failed
An Export Failed status indicates the application didn't export as expected and export should be attempted again. Blend may display a reason for failed export if it's passed from the LOS. For Encompass Next Gen customers, refer to Encompass Export Errors to learn more.
