Loan teams will receive an email to activate their Blend account. Learn how to activate your lender account in Blend and create a password.
Activate your Blend account
Blend users who will log in to Blend with an email and password will need to activate their account by clicking on the activate account link in the activation email.
- Click the Activate Account link in the email.
- Create a new password. The system will prompt the borrower if the password doesn’t meet the required criteria. Your password must include:
•8 or more characters
•an uppercase letter
•a lowercase letter
•a special character (! # $ ? % @)
- Click Continue.
After creating a password successfully, you will be taken back to the log in screen and will be presented with an "Account activated and password changed" message.
- Enter your email and the password you have just created.
- Click Sign in.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions proceed.
Note: Single Sign-On (SSO) customers should contact their administrators for sign-in instructions.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see the activate account email in your inbox. If you are unable to find it, contact your administrator.
