Borrower-uploaded documents will be marked as "Pending review" and must be reviewed to ensure the documents are correct and legible. When reviewing these follow-ups, loan officers can then accept the document thus marking the follow-up as completed. If the document is incorrect or of low quality, loan officers can re-request the follow-up and send a custom message to the borrower.
