“Error: Failed to sync Encompass borrowers with Blend - We do not support actions on loans where the borrowers have been added, deleted, or moved after the loan is moved from Blend to Encompass.”
Encompass will show this error, if any edits are made to the borrower/co-borrowers information, like the First Name, Last Name, SSN, DOB, etc prior to attempting to import documents. This is because the loan application in Encompass no longer matches with the application in Blend which breaks the connection.
To proceed importing documents from Blend into Encompass, download the Application Package or from the Docs tab and upload it manually into Encompass.
- Open the loan from the Pipeline page
- Click on the Docs Tab
- Click on Download Application Package
- Open the package and manually upload it to Encompass
If downloading Application Package is not available, please click on the name of the document to download them one-by-one and upload it manually into Encompass.
