- How can I view the documents the borrower uploaded?
Once a borrower has completed and submitted their application, they can use Blend to continuously upload documents. In these cases, there is no need to add a specific follow-up and will accommodate 1-off document uploads.
How do borrowers upload their documents?
After the borrower has completed and submitted their loan, they are presented with the following screen to give the borrower a chance to upload 1-off documents.
Note: This functionality is not currently offered pre-submission.
The borrower is then presented with an option to Upload Documents.
After the borrower uploads their initial document, they have the option to add more documents or finish and upload what they have.
The borrower can always return to their Documents page to view their current documents or upload more.
How can I view the documents the borrower uploaded?
All documents uploaded will be available within the Blend application's Docs tab. It's important to keep in mind that any documented uploaded by the borrower will be categorized as Other.
