With Team Grouping, branch managers can create a group or branch within their organization allowing them to view all applications within their branch without being part of the loan team or having access to all applications within the tenant. Creating a new group
To create a new group:

- Click Group Settings under the Administration section then click Create new group.
- Fill out the group name, and description, and indicate if the group will be reporting to another existing group.

Assigning individual loans to a group
Loans can now be assigned to a specific group allowing group administrators to view these loans in their pipeline.
- Select the loan from the pipeline.
- Click Reassign loans.
- Choose the group from the Assign to Group dropdown menu.
- Click Save to apply changes.
You can also assign the loan to a group within the Application tab. See Update the Loan Team on an application.
Bulk assigning loans to a group
This section explains how to assign multiple loans (between 30 and 150) to a specific group at once. Here's how to do it:
- Find and select the loans you want to assign to a group. If you have over 150 loans in the pipeline, use the pipeline filter to narrow down the list of loans to only the ones you want to assign to a group. This will make the "Assign to Group" option appear.
- Click Reassign loans.
- For the Loan Originator field, you can choose "Leave loan originator as-is" or "Unassign Loan Originator".
- Choose the group from the Assign to Group dropdown field.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Note:
-
To bulk assign loans to a group, you must select between 30 and 150 loans.
-
The “Select all XXX loans” button needs to be selected for the group dropdown to show up. If this doesn’t show up, there might not be enough loans selected to assign to a group.
-
When this happens, to bulk assign groups, you have to select all loans in the pipeline. However, you can filter the pipeline first to what you want to see, select all loans, and then assign a group.
