A lender user account can become locked due to 3 failed login attempts or 30 days of dormancy.
Account locked sample 
The account status will show Locked out: Dormancy or Locked out: Failed attempts for locked lender accounts.
If an account is inactive or locked out due to 3 failed password attempts, a notification will appear on the login screen.
Unlock an account as an admin user 
1. Click Your settings in the top banner.
2. Select Admin from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. Search for the loan officer's name and click the checkbox next to their name.
5. Click Unlock Account.
6. Click Unlock accounts.
7. Click Close.
Note: Lender users can now self-serve unlock their accounts, as long as they continue to have access to their work email and their Blend credentials.
Logging back into Blend after 30 days 
1. Enter your blend email.
2. Click Send Link.
3. Click Reactivate Account in the email. After they use this link, they will be redirected to the login screen. Lender users can then log back in as normal.
Note: Once they’ve sent a request to unlock their account, they will receive an email in their work email to unlock.
