Blend's search field in the pipeline allows you to easily find your loan applications using a variety of search criteria. This article will guide you through using the supported search options.
Searching for an application
To find an application from your pipeline, enter the loan number, borrower's name, or email address in the search bar. You can enter up to 30 characters in the search bar.
To learn what other search values you can use, refer to the Search Criteria section below.
Search Criteria
To make it easier to find your applications, you can use any of the following pieces of information.
Search by borrower or co-borrower's name
Start by typing the borrower's name and you'll notice the search results will start to populate. Enter the borrower's full name to narrow down the results.
If you have more than one application for the same borrower, or if you have multiple borrowers sharing a common name, you can try searching using unique values such as an email address or UUID.
Note:
- When searching by using the co-borrower's name, the results will display the primary borrower's name on the application.
- If a borrower has multiple applications using one email address, they will appear in the results.
Search by borrower or co-borrower's email address
You can search by using the email of any of the borrowers in the application. The results will display the email as it is saved in the application.
Search by the property address
If the application you are searching for has the property address, you can use it to find the loan.
Search by reference loan number
You can search by the reference loan number (most commonly known as loan number).
Note: Do not enter a # before the loan number or it won't return any results. See Reference loan number to learn more about loan numbers in Blend.
Search by loan UUID, CRM key, or LOS primary key
You can also search using a Blend UUID, CRM key, or LOS primary key to narrow down to a specific loan.
- Blend UUID - is a unique identifier assigned to a Blend loan during creation. Refer to Blend UUID to learn more.
- CRM Primary Key - is an identifier assigned to a loan when they are pushed to Blend as a lead from a CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Velocify). It does not replace Blend's UUID and can be found in the activity log.
- LOS Primary Key - is an identifier assigned to a Blend loan when it exports to your Loan Origination System (LOS). It does not replace Blend's UUID and can be found in the activity logs.
Wildcard Search
You can use a wildcard using an asterisk * in front of your search query. For example, if you want to search using the last 4 digits of the loan number, you can search using *0147.
