What causes this alert?
If the document being uploaded is in a format other than PDF, Blend will surface this alert to notify the borrower that the document may not be of high quality.
What you can do
Since this message is just an alert, not an error, borrowers are able to proceed with uploading the document by clicking Submit.
Note: Supported file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, PDF.
