Loan officers can import documents from Blend into Encompass.
Import an application in Encompass
1. In Encompass, navigate to the Pipeline tab.
Note: In Encompass, some lenders may need to navigate to the Pipeline tab and select the Prospects Loan Folder.
2. Click the new icon.
3. Select the loan template.
4. click New Blank Loan, or your preferred default template.
5. Follow these steps:
a. Click Services.
b. Select Additional Services.
c. Click My Providers tab.
d. Select Blend.
e. Click Submit.
Note: After using this the first time, you should be able to access it in Services::Additional Services::My Providers::Blend (First time logging into Blend? Please click here and Get Help)
6. Select the loan to import from Blend.
7. Click Import.
8. Click OK. If import succeeds, all the Blend loan data and documents will be imported into Encompass.
Note: If import fails, you should be redirected to the Blend Summary Screen, and retry importing the loan.

Note: If you use Encompass partnership loans might not export automatically upon submit.
Troubleshooting Issues in the Blend Experience
All errors in the Blend Summary experience on Encompass will describe a resolution protocol and have a tracking id at the end of the error message. If you are not able to resolve the error, please share the entire error message (and the tracking id) to support@blendlabs.com when troubleshooting issues. Below is an example error:
