Co-pilot a borrower
You can co-pilot a borrower during the application process and after the application has been submitted for follow-up requests. The Co-pilot feature is available after the borrower has activated their account and logged in. A banner will be displayed in the Application tab with options to Co-pilot or Take over.
- Navigate to the Application tab of the loan you'd like to co-pilot.
- Click the Co-pilot button located in the upper right corner. Alternatively, you can click the Co-pilot link in the banner and the Co-pilot view will open in a new browser tab.
Co-pilot a co-borrower
You can follow co-borrowers with Co-pilot as well.
- Click the arrow next to the toggle switch to view both borrowers.
- Select the borrower you'd like to co-pilot.

Follow borrowers in real-time through Co-pilot
Lenders have the ability to follow the borrower's journey and guide them as they go through the application process. With Following Borrower enabled, lenders can follow borrowers in real-time.
Enable Following Borrower
With Following Borrower enabled the lender's co-pilot view will update in real-time as the borrower navigates through the application.

Disable Following Borrower
With Following Borrower disabled, you can stay on the milestone of your choice. This can be helpful if you wish to review completed sections of the application. An indicator with the borrower's initials will appear next to the section they are currently on so you see where they are in the application.
