The Co-pilot experience gives you a complete matching view of the borrower's application and the ability to enter information on their behalf.
While this guide focuses on co-piloting during the application process, lenders also have the ability to co-pilot follow-ups after the application has been submitted.
Note: An "Editing is disabled" message banner will be displayed when the borrower is working on an application.

Co-pilot an application
1. Open the loan
2. Click the Co-pilot button located in the upper right corner or the Co-pilot link in the banner
The banner will be displayed in the Application tab when the application is in progress.
The Co-pilot view will open in a new browser tab.

Lender's Co-pilot View - The lender's Co-pilot view will reflect what the borrower is seeing on their end. Notice the Following Borrower toggle switch located at the bottom left corner.
Borrower's VIew - The borrower's view will remain the same. There are no indicators of the Co-pilot feature.

Lenders have the ability to follow the borrower's journey and guide them as they go through the application process.
If the borrower navigates to a different milestone in the application process, the lender's co-pilot view will also change.

Following Borrower - OFF
With the toggle switch set to OFF, lenders have the ability to review other sections as the borrower progresses through the application.
An indicator with the borrower's initials will be displayed next to the milestone the borrower is currently working on.

Co-pilot a second borrower
The Co-pilot feature offers the ability to follow a second borrower in the application.
- Click the arrow next to the toggle switch to view both borrowers
- Select the borrower you wish to follow along
Note:
- Certain sections of the application cannot be completed using Co-Pilot such as; logging in to financial institutions for Assets, and the Review and Submit section of the application.
- Co-pilot is only available after the borrower has activated their account and logged in.
- Using Co-pilot on more than two borrowers is not supported.
